Market data
Market statistics, state by state.
A market snapshot for every state MORE Realty serves, reported separately by each MLS that publishes the data. Every figure is cited to its source MLS and its reporting period, and nothing on these pages is blended, estimated, or made up.

Each state below is organized by MLS source, with every statistic under the MLS that publishes it. Until a figure has been pulled from an official report, it honestly reads “Data to be added.”
Market statistics are reported separately by each MLS and are never combined. Each figure carries its source MLS name and its reporting period, and no numbers are blended across services.

How the monthly snapshot works
Each month, MORE Realty pulls the latest figures from each state's MLSs and publishes them here and on the Monthly Market Snapshot of each state plan page. The snapshots refresh together, so the numbers match wherever you read them. No figure appears until it has been pulled from the source MLS, and figures from different MLSs are never combined. Until then a block reads “Data to be added.”
Why it matters for agents
Buyers and sellers arrive with their own research, and the agents who keep their trust are the ones who can explain what the numbers mean and where they come from. A current, cited market snapshot is a working tool for listings, buyer presentations, and conversations with your sphere.
