We were founded in Portland on a simple idea: agents do their best work when their brokerage gives them more, and asks for less in return.
That idea still guides the company today. Everything we build, from the tools we adopt to the way we train and support agents, is tested against one question: does it help agents stay visible, strengthen the relationships that sustain their business, and spend more time serving clients?

MORE Realty began in Portland with a conviction: agents do their best work when their brokerage is a partner, not a gatekeeper. That conviction shaped everything that followed, from the way we structure support to the way we choose technology.
Our mission is straightforward: help agents remain visible, strengthen the relationships that sustain their business, and spend more time serving clients. Technology is part of that, but it serves the relationship, never the other way around.
We are committed to exploring and adopting practical AI tools that help agents work more effectively, and to training agents how to use them. At the same time, we keep the focus where it belongs: on the local expertise and personal trust that no platform can replace.

MORE Realty is locally owned and operated by Paul and Denise Knighton. That sets us apart from a corporate-owned brokerage: decisions are made locally, by owners who are deeply invested in their agents and the communities they serve. Paul stays closely involved as broker-owner, and that personal leadership is part of what makes MORE Realty unique.
