Who can apply to join MORE Realty?
Licensed real estate agents in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and New Mexico, plus agents who are just getting licensed. Newer agents and experienced agents are both welcome. If you are not licensed yet, tell us where you plan to practice and we will help you think through the next steps.
Is the application confidential?
Yes. Everything you share in this application is used only by the MORE Realty recruiting team to review your fit and follow up. Your details are never shared outside the company or sold to anyone.
Do I need to upload a photo to apply?
No. The photo step is optional. If you add one, it is used only with your explicit consent, for your application and, if you join, your agent profile.
What do I need to have ready?
Your contact information, your license state and license number if you have one, and your preferences for where and how you want to work. The whole application takes about ten minutes.
What happens after I submit my application?
A MORE Realty leader reviews your application and replies personally to schedule a confidential conversation about your business and your goals. Submitting an application is not a commitment on either side, and there is never any obligation to join.
What does joining MORE Realty cost?
MORE Realty operates a 100% commission model with a small transaction fee and a small monthly fee. Plans and fees vary a little by state, and the full details are shared openly during your conversation.
