Newly Licensed Agents

Start Your Career on the Right Foundation.

Your license is the beginning, not the business. What you do in the first year decides how the next ten go, and the brokerage you choose shapes what you learn, who you can ask, and how quickly you become competent. MORE Realty is built to give new agents a real foundation: training, guidance, practical technology, and a professional community.

A confidential, no-pressure conversation. Bring your questions.

What MORE means for you

Three things to lean on in year one.

MORE Realty organizes its offer around support, money, and technology. For a new agent, that means people to call, a clear picture of how you get paid, and tools that do not require a marketing degree.

MORE Support

Knowing who to call, and getting guidance through a first offer.

The hardest part of a first year is not knowing what you do not know. MORE gives you people to ask: leadership, staff, and experienced agents who have written the offer, handled the inspection, and sat at the closing table many times before.

How agent support works

MORE Money

Understanding how agents are actually compensated.

Commission structures, fees, and what you keep are explained in plain language, not left for you to piece together later. The published plan for your state is the starting point, and your questions about it are welcome before you commit to anything.

MORE Technology

Practical tools that help a new agent work efficiently.

You do not need to become a marketing department. MORE focuses on practical tools, including AI, that help with the everyday work: writing, follow-up, market information, and staying organized. Guidance comes with them, so you learn what is worth your time.

Our approach to technology

The first year

What a supported start looks like.

Nobody hands a new agent a business. What a brokerage can do is make sure you are learning the right things, in the right order, with people around who have done it before.

Training and mentoring

MORE Realty runs a Mentorship Program that pairs newly licensed agents, or agents with limited experience, with a mentor who has years in the business. The program covers the working skills: building a database, staying in touch, listing presentations, buyer packets, CMAs, MLS entry, and open houses that generate business. How the program runs in your state is part of the conversation when you join.

Getting started, step by step

Your first weeks have an order to them: licensing and MLS setup, tools and accounts, learning the paperwork, and understanding what happens between an offer and a closing. MORE walks you through it in sequence instead of handing you a login and wishing you luck.

Learning to generate business

New agents build a business the same way experienced ones do: through people. Training focuses on the fundamentals of prospecting, sphere outreach, and consistent follow-up, so you are learning activities you can repeat rather than waiting for something to happen to you.

Access to experienced professionals

800+ agents practice with MORE Realty across four states. That is a deep bench of people who have already solved the problem in front of you, plus leadership that has trained hundreds of agents and still works in the business.

Building confidence and competence

Confidence comes from repetition and from having someone to check your work. Transaction support, second opinions on contracts, and honest feedback on your presentations are how competence gets built in the first year.

From first training to first transaction

The goal of the first stretch is simple: get you to a competent first transaction and then repeat it. From there the path is about consistency, better systems, and a growing sphere, which is how a first year turns into a long career.

The honest part

What we will not promise you.

New agents hear a lot of promises, and most of them are not true. No brokerage can guarantee you leads, a dedicated one-on-one coach, a set number of transactions, or a particular income. What a brokerage can do is provide training, guidance, resources, and a professional community, and then be honest about the work that is still yours to do.

What you can expect from us, and what we will not claim:

  • Training and education built for agents who are just starting out.
  • Experienced people to call when a contract, a client, or a deadline gets complicated.
  • A clear explanation of how compensation and fees work in your state.
  • Practical tools and guidance on using them, without hype.

Mentorship availability, program details, and support services vary by state and are confirmed in your conversation. Nothing here is a guarantee of leads, income, or results.
