Agent guide

What it's like to join MORE Realty.

Joining MORE Realty is a supported, step-by-step process: a confidential conversation, a clear picture of the move, an application that takes about ten minutes, and onboarding that gets you set up without disrupting your business. Here is what actually happens, in order.

The application

Six steps. About ten minutes.

The agent application collects your contact information, license details, and preferences so a MORE Realty leader can follow up with a confidential conversation. It is confidential, takes about ten minutes, and carries no obligation to join.

You can move back at any time to change an answer, and a photo is optional. Nothing you share is ever made public.

Complete the 6 step application
  1. 01

    Contact info

Name, email, phone, and the state you are in now.

  2. 02

    Photo & consent

Optional headshot, used only with your consent.

  3. 03

    License details

State where licensed, license number, years in real estate, and status.

  4. 04

    Preferences

Where you plan to practice, how you work, and what matters most to you.

  5. 05

    How you heard

A quick note on how you found MORE Realty.

  6. 06

    Review & submit

Check your answers and submit. A leader follows up personally. Emergency contact details are collected during onboarding, not in the application.

After you apply

A conversation, not a sales call.

A MORE Realty leader reviews your application and replies personally to schedule a confidential conversation about your business and your goals. Submitting an application is not a commitment on either side, and there is never any obligation to join.

Every inquiry is handled confidentially, and nothing you share is ever passed on or sold.

Technology and AI, kept practical

MORE Realty explores and adopts AI and everyday tools so agents can work more effectively without becoming technology specialists: help drafting listing descriptions, newsletters, and social posts, and tools for research and summaries, with your judgment always in charge of the final answer. The company is honest about what is available today versus what is still in exploration, and it never promises that a tool produces leads or income.

Transaction support that handles the grunt work

For agents in Oregon and Washington, the Transaction Support Department takes on the paperwork so you can keep your focus on clients: creating transaction files, creating MLS listings, preparing paperwork and sending it for signature, opening escrow and sending timelines, sending executed documents to cooperating agents and escrow, creating escrow instructions, and uploading to the file system. Services vary by state.
